We understand that navigating insurance and other payment options can be tricky – that’s why we’re here to help!
Our billing team contacts your insurance company to verify benefits, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums before we start care. We also bill your insurance company directly for covered services, giving you the opportunity to focus on your child, not on paperwork.
We’re currently in-network with the following insurance companies:
Please note that while we will do our best to confirm eligibility of services, we cannot guarantee coverage. You may need to contact your insurance company directly for more information.
If you need to pay for services out-of-pocket, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” outlining how much your care will cost.
Please request a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before services are provided. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than the estimate provided, you can dispute the bill.
TherapyWorks is proud to be a provider for both the Autism Scholarship and the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship. In order to utilize those options, your child needs to have an IEP in place through your district of residence and be enrolled either in a private school or as a homeschool student. We’re happy to help you navigate this process if it’s new to you! You can also learn more about Ohio’s scholarships here.
Services at TherapyWorks can sometimes be reimbursed through Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services, specifically the Family Support Services Program. To find out if your family qualifies for these funds, read more about the FSSP here.
